Raymond Lam not nominated for any award this year

Raymond Lam and Linda Chung were rehearsing in the studio for "Jade Singers Celebrate TVB 42nd Anniversary the other night. Raymond revealed that he has no TV series for him to be nominated for any award this year, therefore he won't be asked if he wants to win the award. He is quite relax about it. Reporter asked if he feels lost. Raymond replied "Not really, but I am anxious about the two TV series. (Who do you think will win the King and Queen award?) Wayne Lai and Sheren Tang. I saw "Rosy Business", I think the rating report was better than . ( But has your two good friends Charmaine Sheh and Taivia Yeung, are you not supporting them?) I support them every year, Charmaine is a good actress, Tavia did the training at the same time with me, her acting is good too."

Joey Yung, Leo Ku and Gillian Chung performed in Las Vegas (27/10/09)

Joey Yung, Leo Ku and Gillian Chung (Ah Gill) were performing in Las Vegas the other night, Bosco wong and Linda Chung were there too. Tickets were sold out. Joey was happy to celebrate her 10 year anniversary in the entertainment industry with the audience. Joey revealed that she took singing lesson in Los Angeles 10 years ago. Ah Gill was wearing an attractive deep V, very sexy indeed. She smiled "This top is a very special because it is made of human hair." This is Leo's first show since joining EEC, he wanted to earn money as well as having a leisure time. After the show, they wanted to do a bit of sight seeing. They were there only for 4 days. They said the most difficult time of this trip was getting over the jet jag.

Anita Yuen (Lan Lan) "靚靚" attended two functions yesterday. She was at the opening ceremony for "72 tenants" first and later on she attended Lancome Revitalizing Eye Serum conference. She even demonstrated the whole process of skin care treatments for Christine Kuo. Lan Lan explained that her husband is so young, they both look after their skin together. He is very happy when they go out together.

Talking about her role in "72 tenants", Lan Lan said she plays the role as Jacky Cheung's wife. Bosco Wong and Linda Chung as their children. She laughed and said she was surprised to have two grown up children. The make up artist has to do a lot of hard work. Lan Lan presents herself in many ways, Eric Tsang has to accompany her to get the right costume. Eric is not only the producer and director, he is the art director too. Once she went to try on a costume, she looked at the mirror, she looked like her mother.

This film will be shown in cinema during the coming Chinese New Year, there will be 10 other films in cinema to celebrate the new year also. Lan Lan is hoping to share that new year spirit with other artists. Lan Lan revealed that she had worked with Jacky in "D.I.C.K & H.A.R.R.Y" over 10 years ago. This is the second time working with him together. When Jacky saw her, he said she is so different from the old time when she was new to the film industry. Lan Lan smiled and said "People do change!"

Talking about "Beyond The Realm Of Conscience" has higher rating report than "Born Rich", Lan Lan said she doesn't care about the rating report. She has every confidence in 'Born Rich". Reporter said people think Nancy Sit's acting is a bit over exaggerated, Lan Lan feels that is not a problem because Nancy acts as an ex singer, it is very reasonable she acts that way. Reporter said there is a rumor that she and Kenix Kwok do not get on so well, Lan Lan said she had told the other reporter off the other day when he asked her the same thing "That reporter wanted to ask me something, but didn't tell me what. I got annoyed with him. I know Kenix is expecting a baby, I sent her a text message to remind her to eat nutritious food. She replied my text message to thank me too."

Sophisticated banker CHEUK YAT YUEN (Lui Leung Wai) mistakes con artist SA FU LOI (Lo Ka Leung) for his half brother CHEUK YAT MING, fortuitously elevating the swindler to one of the leading figures in the banking industry. The lost and found brotherhood has blinded YUEN to FU’s real nature and intentions.

YUEN is kidnapped overseas by a group of rioters. He undergoes a dramatic personality change after the incident. YUEN’s wife HO TSEUK NIN (Chik Mei Chun) has tried her best to console him but still cannot help him get over the unpleasant experience. Longing for more comfort and support, YUEN gets back with his ex-lover TUNG LING CHI (Kwok Ho Ying). NIN is heartbroken to learn about the affair and it has left the broken mirror that can’t be mended.

The identity of CHEUK YAT MING gives FU not only a sense of family warmth but also a sweet taste of romance. He finds himself in love with YUEN’s little sister CHEUK YAT SUM (Yuen Wing Yi). SUM is attracted to FU too but thinking that they are true biological siblings, she decides to keep her love under wraps and stays with her long-term admirer KO TOK MAN (Ma Tak Chung) instead. This comes as a huge blow to FU. He is not willing to lose his love, but neither can he reveal his real identity. Caught up in the dilemma between love and money, FU finally chooses the fortune road of no return.
